Will you take on a site somebody else built?
Yes, after we look at it. We audit it first and tell you what we found: sometimes maintenance is straightforward, sometimes the thing is so old or so patched that keeping it alive costs more than rewriting it. We will tell you which.
What does “agreed response time” mean?
That we write down in advance how quickly we respond per category: the site being down is not the same as a text change. Response time is not resolution time — we do not promise every fault is fixed within the hour, we promise a person is on it within the hour.
Do I have to host with you?
No. We recommend where it should be hosted and why, but the accounts are opened in your name and paid by you. We do not want to be the thing you cannot leave.
