Payments
Payments, invoicing and myDATA
Cards, IRIS, instalments and refunds — and the document going out correctly, without anyone remembering it.

What is included
- Card payments through the bank or provider you already use.
- IRIS and bank transfer, matched automatically where an order reference exists.
- Instalments and pre-authorisations, where your agreement supports them.
- A document raised from the payment and transmitted through your provider.
- Refunds and credit notes following the same road backwards.
- A daily reconciliation of takings against orders, with an exceptions list to check.
- Subscriptions and recurring charges, where your model needs them.
Where work is lost today
Payments arrive from three places: the shop, the card terminal on the counter and bank transfers. Matching them to documents happens at the end of the month, by hand, and every time something does not add up.
What we build
We connect the point of sale to the invoicing: a payment creates the document, the document is transmitted, and a refund creates the credit note. We work on top of the provider and program you already have — we are not an e-invoicing provider and we do not sell you compliance.

Are you an e-invoicing provider?
No. We are the people who connect your system to the provider or program you and your accountant have already chosen. What is mandatory for you, and from when, is a question for your accountant rather than for us — and we will not pretend otherwise.
Do you store card details?
Never. Card details go straight to the payment provider and never touch your server — which is also the only arrangement that does not saddle you with PCI obligations you do not want.
Can it connect to the till in the shop?
Often yes, depending on what that particular till system allows. It is the first thing we check, because it decides whether reconciliation happens automatically or whether a daily human step remains.
